A start-up consumer goods company required a detailed strategic plan, which could be presented for investor pitchbook presentation purposes. It needed to leverage the base forecasting undertaken by the CFO. It had to facilitate multiple scenarios of the company’s commercial roll-out planning. In essence, Strategize was called upon by the client to provide financial, commercial and accounting support to the CFO and CEO.
The Strategize strategic plan had to validate the existing forecasts, present the financials in a high-level form that could be presented to potential investors; complemented with relevant graphs and KPI tables.

Strategize greatly enhanced the strategic planning and analysis of the client’s forecast in its investor pitchbook for its various roadshows to potential investors.
